Henry, that wheel is yours or $150 plus shipping. I'll even throw in a Porsche horn button for another $20.00 if you're interested.

Byron, your SC is sweet! That trim piece is simply a brushed nickel door latch jam. The rest came from our host.

I mocked up the rollbar and driver seat:

Tomorrow I dye the remaining interior trim black, start removing the glue, I finally get to install the RS carpet set.

I fab'ed up a bracket for the inboard lap belt portion of the harness and welded it to the mount on the tunnel. I don't know why Porsche installs the inboard lap belt to a bracket bolted to the seat. Doesn't seem real safe:

I also wet sanded the final six pieces of interior trim to be dyed black using the Leatherique cleaner to remove the top layer of dye and prepare the pieces for dying. And then dyed the pieces black. I hope my wife doesn't notice the two big trim pieces that go under the side windows hanging in her laundry room. That will be trouble!

Picked up one of these today:

And made this:

Also removed the glue (thanks for the citrus strip trick), installed the rear carpet, roll bar, and belts.

Should finish the interior tomorrow just in time to go back to work on Monday. Rats.

And then it was complete! Lots of work, but well worth it in the end.

The bracket on the seat rail is much stronger than what you have. You would need a backing plate on that sheet metal to make it strong enough.
The angle over your hips wing be optimal either.

Are you planning to sell the seats and the dash cap?
PM me if you are...I am interested along with the shifter boot.
