9110111682 = 1970 911T Targa about 66% into production
6103176 = 1970 911T Sportomatic about 76% into production There is a reasonable chance these may be a pair, it depends on if the 911 shows evidence of being a Sporto at one time.

What other evidence can one look for to confirm if the car was originally a sporto?

The Sportomatic badge, or holes to mount it on the engine lid.
The vacuum tank at the back of the engine compartment, or it's mounts. The oil tank may have the added connections still. There may be notable modifications where the gearshift lever, and pedal cluster were changed, and the carpet around the pedal cluster. Look anywhere that modifications are required to convert.
