Turbo Body Conversion wheels?

I presently have my 911SC Targa in a lot of pieces. I am just over half way through an engine rebuild and I am getting the body stripped and repainted soon. I have recently been looking at the possibility of a turbo body conversion at the same time as most of the strip down work will already have been done, and some welding is needed on the dreaded kidney bowl areas so bodywork in this area is already happening.

From what I have worked out, I would need front and rear wing extensions, sill cover (rocker cover) extensions or replacements, Turbo front rubber spoiler extension, rear bumper infill panels (parts between the rear of the wing and the bumper, and some wheels or spacers. And of course loads of money!

My question is about the wheels. I have 6x16" front and 7x16" rear original Fuchs at the moment. I believe the turbo has 7x16" and 9x16" rears. If I just space out what I already have, will it look silly? Can I use my 7x16" on the front and buy new wider rears? Has anyone got experience of spacers and required offsets that are needed?

My Turbo flared Cab has 7/8" Fuchs - 205/225's so I purchased 1.5" front & 2.5" rear spacers to make my flares happy. I am going with 8-9" fronts & 10-11" rears for the ultimate eye orgasim. The spacers I have work perfect, I just want "the deep look".
