I dont know...I wouldnt get all "amp'd" up over this car and go "charging" in and bidding without doing a "battery" of tests......... Ahhh, I crack myself up....hehe

Anybody out there who also viewed a few old Marilyn Monroe flicks? I mean, SOME bodies can't be duplicated, even with today's skills....to my eye, an early 356 coupe? WOW! Whatta shape! But if the story is true? Just IMAGINE the amount of battery acid rot in this body.

I remember in the 60's GE & Westinghouse were promoting the electric car. Replace all those gas stations with power plants and sell a lot of equipment.
The president of Westinghouse drove an electric Alpha. It may seem shocking now but it was the current thing to do at the time. There wasn't much resistance and if people were induced to switch and there was no capacity problem, sparks would fly. Some people thought it was revolting but it depended on how much they charged.
