Replacing KYB struts with Bilstien, 3 questions

My car is an 83 911SC lowered to euro height. The front struts have a tab washer to lock the nut in place on the strut shaft. Is this tab washer available? I would like to replace them if they are. Secondly, I assume that the rubber bump stops that were on the KYBs should be transferred over to the Bilstiens. Is that a good assumption ? Should I shorten the bump stops since the car has been lowered? Thanks, Dave
