Erratic idle when warm on 2.7L

engine generally runs great except when engine reaches 180 degrees, it will want to almost cut out, meaning idle will dip below 900rpm then try to go back up. Sometimes it will go back and forth before it stabolizes. Vacuum hoses were replaced during recent rebuild.

I had the same problem. The decelerator valve was out of adustment, along with the idle adustment. I first adusted the decel valve to get it to settle down then I adusted the idle. Have had no problems since. This may or may not be your problem, but it was an easy check for me and fortunately it worked.
