AC Quit Blowing

I turned on the AC in my '87 yesterday just to see if it was working and much to my surprise it was not. No Evap fan blowing, compressor clutch engage and no front or secondary condenser fan running at all. I checked the fuses in the front condenser fan, the main fuse #2 in the trunk and the 25 A fuse that is part of the smugglers box relay. All are still intact. However I did see evidence of melting on the plug that is connected to the relay in the smugglers box. I attached a picture. I had replaced that plug a couple of years ago when I first got the car as it showed similar evidence of melting. I also replaced the original relay with the fused relay at that same time. Any suggestion on what could be causing this melting? Its obviously getting hot but its doesn't blow the fuse. Do I have a potential problem with the evaporator fan blower motor? Should I replace the blower motor as a precaution or just change the plug and see if it happens again? The AC was working fine in the fall when it was last used.

Solder the connections together and wrap with electrical tape.

Poor connection, I'm always amazed at how a few milliohms of connection resistance can have that effect in the long term.

What is the fuse value and what is the maximum blower operating current draw?

The smuggler's box relay in the picture has a 25A fuse.
