green wire queston

I am doing my first motor top end rebuild. I pulled cis off. trying to get the wiring harness off ,but the green wire going to the dist. is still connected. I removed the screw and clip. I do not know weather to just pull or what. I do not want to force it and break it. please help. I have read a lot of post. know a lot about the green wire but not how to remove it. again thanks for any help....

If the metal clip is removed it should just pull straight out.

Yep - OK to put a little pressure on it and/or use a skinny wedge type tool to help it dislodge.
