momo competition wheel/extended hub-anyone using?
I need to get my wheel up and out a bit to give some more leg clearance and less arm stretching, so I was thinking of the Momo competition wheel (http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/shopcart/MISC/POR_MISC_mowhel_pg20.htm) and the extended hub (MO-L231 http://www.drivewerks.com/catalog/shopcart/DWKS/POR_DWKS_mohubs_main.htm). Anyone using either of these? With the extended hub can I get by without using the spacer? I'm assuming the 350mm wheel will give me a little more leg clearance by itself relative to the stock SC wheel.

I have the long hub installed, though not with that particular wheel. For leg room (I need all I can get) the long hub is better but I added two spacers as well.

I'm using that exact wheel with the MO-C231 hub adapter (no extension), and I have well over 1.5" of clearance between the dash and the wheel. Thigh room isn't an issue at all. It's a full 1" or more smaller than the stock wheel so even an extender isn't a necessity.
And the silly logo will scratch off with a fingernail on a hot day, I've found. How convenient!
