Electrical is possessed... Help please
So my left turn signal does not work anymore in the rear, but the front does??? The bulb is fine and I have swapped them out... Also, when headlights are on and I throw a turn signal on they still dont work and when they go back to normal position after the turn, then the high beams go on. Super weird... Is that a faulty Turn Signal/Dimmer switch? Or a relay??? or what???

Most likely a bad ground connection, especially if it worked OK before the winter!

The issue with the high beams turning on as the turn signal stalk returns to center is commonly due to the contacts in the switch itself (on the steering column) needing adjusting (i.e. being worn). There are a few threads on this bouncing around. I recently did this fix on my SC which was displaying identical behavior. Once the switch is removed it is pretty easy to see what is going wrong. A simple bending of the contacts can fix this problem.
The issue with only one of the turn signals working on the same side could be a grounding issue, or a wiring one. You should check to see if the bulb is getting power when the blinker is on. If it is receiving (pulsed) 12V but doesn't light, then you probably have a grounding issue. The connection to ground may test ok using a ohmmeter even if it is faulty. Good luck.
