Repair or replace manifold?

So, in taking off my carbs part of the manifold chipped off. Is this reusable, repairable or do I need to find a new manifold?

A magnesium welder will charge about $150 to build that area up and then you get to dress it down to original configuration; it will be a large blob of weld material after welding. Difficult it is to find a good welder that can make a magnesium weld without porosity. If it was a 911S manifold then this would be more valuable to conserve as opposed to repair but it appears to not be a 911S manifold.
