Is this dash missing something?
It looks like there should be at least one more stud in this dash for my 85. But I haven't been able to find a reliable picture of the rear of a dash to compare. Is there supposed to be another stud at the far end?

Missing a picture to look at! :)

I was gonna say the same thing earlier, glad someone else thinks like I do, sorry but that's funny.
Sad thing is there was 88 views with no reply til you broke the ice and had the heart to say it |
Jees, that was a bit on an oversight. I posted it in haste last night and completely forgot to attache the pictures.
Apologies. Anyway, here ya go... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1394547282.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1394547313.jpg |
I think you're missing two. I had the dash pad off my 83 last winter and I remember one in the corner for sure. Should be a cooresponding hole/holes in the dash for them. probaly an easy repair. Warren

Is that a Heinrich in the pic or a Sport tank? Looking for an oversize Heinrich for my R69 now...

Is there more than one style Heinrich tank out there for the /2? I feel like I've seen several different styles. |

I was going to have this dash recovered with leather, so marring it up to do a repair would the too much on an issue, but it is a little disappointing that it was not disclosed before buying it. |
I had mine recovered by Robert Budd of Classic 9, did a wonderful job if you are looking to source the work. Warren
