Hazet allen wrench with screwdriver handle?

I'm looking for a couple sizes, basically its a standard 90 degree allen wrench with a screwdriver handle molded into it. I have one now (Hazet) and it works great for certain areas where a socket is NG.. Of course I looked on Hazet's site and (site is from 1990) can't find it.

Thanks for any leads.

Hello Gary,
If you are referring to the handle at the end and not at the bend, like in this photo that I got from the Garagejournal:

I have only seen them as part of a special use kit (like above). I looked through the 2009 Hazet catalog (the most current one that I have) and didn't find any. I have one from Wiha that is for another special equipment use and a google search found that they do indeed make multiple sizes, but it appears that the US distributer doesn't sell them.

Yes, that is the one I have and it came as part of that front shock kit. I assumed if they made one they must have made other sizes but maybe not.. Be perfect for a rocker shaft tool. Maybe Wilha will ship direct?

Check McMaster-Carr; they have a pretty good selection of allen keys.

Will do, worst case I can have a friend in Germany buy me a set and ship them here.. Wiha will not, can only buy what the US guy has. Dumb.

Call Andrew Poston at Samstag Sales and ask him to order you a 2593-1. Or two. Special orders take a long time but if they make it you can get it.

Actually I think they would. Not as good as a full handle but much better than no handle! A bit pricey at $135 but WTH...

What's wrong with a bit on a ratchet handle?

Not a thing, just times you have to use an allen key and it's nice to have a set like those shown. Like most tools, you can get by with something else but right tool/right job is great...
