911T struts..
Hi.
I just acquired a '69 911T in need of some TLC (Ok, a LOT!). In the process of removing the A-arms to replace a rotted-out suspension pan, I noticed that the right strut has no damping. After removing 30 years of crud, I was able to determine the color of the strut, which is black. Does this make it a Boge? Can anyone recommend a replacement cartridge that doesn't cost as much as a trip to der fatherland? Thanks, Dan

Black is boge. Either get some replacement boge struts or go to your local autoparts store where you can buy KYB struts at a much lower price.

Hey, at least you live in an area that has some 911's. I probably own the only one within 60 miles of where I live.
