I use Advan A048s from Tire Rack or my local tire shop. I use 16's but they also come in 15's for the Lotus Elise.

I didn't think Michelin had anything smaller than 17"? What are you using?

I've got Pilot Sport A/S 2 on my car. But a quick search says you can't you can't get them smaller than 16" in the A/S 3.

Looks like the only tire from Michelin still made in 15's are the Defender, which is more of a touring tire and not high performance focused, even though it is part of the "pilot" line.

About the only thing available in your sizes in a performance tire is Pirelli P6000. I got mine from Tire Rack. I believe you'll have to go with the original sizes which I think were 195 fronts and 215 rears. 15" in both sizes that you require are a complete PITA to find....and not cheap either. Good luck, and if you find a CURRENT supply of a performance alternative, I really would like to know it. Most people on this board who do not run 15" wheels currently, do not know how challenging it is to find something suitable for a 911...you definitely won't find a "state of the art" tire. Cheers

I like www.performanceplustire.com Free shipping for much of their inventory, competitive pricing, wide selection. They're in California, shipping to me in NY has never been an issue. No affiliation, just a satisfied customer.

It's hard to help without knowing the aspect ratios and the purpose intended for the car, you need to be more specific.

Tire Rack doesnt offer the Khumo 225/50 that my car presently has on the rear but I can get the 205 at TR. I have two set of 15" wheels so I hate to invest in a bigger set so that I can buy a more modern tire but that is the direction that I am headed.

Americas Tire/Discount Tire. Same company.
I have Nitto 205/55 and got them there. They actually will get you anything you request. They come in a 195/55 also.

NT450 - Entry-Level All-Season Ultra High Performance Radial

If you want an ultra performance tire and have deep pockets the AO48 are excellent and they make a 60 series

Advan A048 Performance Tires | Yokohama Tire Corp.

The Nittos are less than 100.00 ea but you gotta go with a 50 or 55 series with 15" wheels.
I can post a photo of my car with the Nittos if you want
