Detailed model cars

Just stumbled across this site.
They have some very nicely detailed Porsche 1/18 scale models.

GT SPIRIT

Been seeing and watching them on eBay. The Targa longhoods seem to sell in the upper 150 range. Sure are pretty.

They make nice but sort of expensive models of cars that have been mostly ignored by other builders

It makes a nice addition to my 993 collection I bought it mostly because it's a scale model of my 993

Still looking for a 993RSR

Don't remember, somewhere back in the mists of time, I have 2, that's the nicer one. I also have a bunch of other 993 street cars that aren't particular interesting. The RSR is the one that got away from me somehow.

I have a 1/12 model of my '89 911 targa that is very detailed from Premium Classixxx that I enjoy. I wish they made more 1/12 scale cars. I like playing with them almost as much as the real thing.

. . .
I think I have come up with a new business opportunity...

Little concours storage bubble-tents for models!

You can store your scale models in a scale model of what your q-tip wielding concours buddies have!
