Help me understand these smog test results

its smog test time, the worst time of the years. usually i cheat, i run the car w/the 02 discon and its a lil rich. when it comes time for my smog i hook up a 1.5v battery worn down to .7v- positive to the 02 connector and ground to the body. the car runs like **** but it passes with flying colors. i get off easy most of the time, not this time. ive become sloppy in my old age, there isnt even a 02 sensor present and the bung is welded shut. this new smog guy doesnt catch my battery trick but catches the missing o2 sensor. the car passes the sniffer but fails the visual. long story short i put a new o2 sensor in and try to go legal, mind you that the cat has been swapped for a dansk premuffler, he didnt notice that and the car fails.
so i leave the o2 sensor in place, hook up my .7v battery and it passes.
sorry for the sloppy writing on the results the printer was out of ink.
look at these numbers and decode them for me please
the failed test is the one w/the o2 connected and the pass is with the cheat
