Pretty much any upholstery shop can supply replacement sliverknit floor mats that look fine.
Who can supply exact copies of the Original ie with :

1/ Factory correct backing,
2/ Factory correct binding.
3/ Factory correct drivers heel area.

Autobahn Interiors and World Upholstery are two sources I know of, and have used. The backing will not be 100% correct, but the parts you can see will be.

I've seen first-hand some of the work that Autobahn does, and it is outstanding. But I haven't seen World's work in person to compare.

The Lakewell company has the most correct, original looking floor mats and total interior carpet sets that I've seen. They are in Belgium, but even with shipping from Europe their prices are competitive. Check the pics, and you will see what I mean. The only supplier I've seen who uses the EXACT black backing on floor mats as original!

Like most companies that do interior stuff, everything is made to order after purchase.
They don't keep stuff "on the shelf".
Just email Lakewell, and inquire about making just floor mats for you. Lakewell is a rather small company, and the principal owner is a real nice fella, and will respond to your inquiry . I have communicated with him several times, and he's very easy to work with.

While it is likely more expensive, I believe you can get carpet from Porsche Classic.
