Window alignment problem with manual Convertible top

I have a problem getting the gap on the passenger side of my Cab even with the vertical window seal. The drivers side has a very nice even gap. I was able to use the window adjusters to get it to seal to the top seal and vertical seal with a nice even gap all the way up. The passenger side I've tried to adjust the same way but I'm not having any luck. If I raise the top back of the window to even out the gap, it won't go into the top seal and lowers the front to a point where there is a gap. If I raise the window stop so the front travels further, the back is really out of whack. The window gap looked just like it does now after I reinstalled the top and made a few minor tweaks to get things fit properly. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I should add that the alignment pins line up fine in the front and the seal around the back is mating to the car very well. Also, I adjusted the front "vent" window to seal to the seal around the windshield and moved it up to seal to the top when closed. I just can't get the gap to the vertical seal right. If I add shims below the pillar it raises the top to where it has a gap at the front. I currently have the 2mm shim in place and had both the 2 and 1mm spacers in but didn't like how high the top sat.
Below are pics of the gap I'm talking about. Let me know if anyone needs additional pics to fix this.

I have it a little better, I found a little more adjustment in the vent window but it's still not quite right.
