Help identify these relays? Odd random clicking in dash?

My new to me 1985 RoW Carrera makes a odd totally random clicking from one of two relays. This only happens when the car is off no key in ignition and is totally random. The two relays are on the drivers side LHD car of the dashboard at the bottom side by side closest to the door behind the dashboard. I pulled them both out to photograph them for this thread.

What are they for?
and could the random clicking be a sign of a bad relay?

Thanks in advance!

Andrew

I had random clicking there too and it was the FENSTERHIEB or something like that relay.
It lets you put the windows up once the ign is off, don't need it.

It sounds like it is that relay that's clicking.

I like the idea of being able to close windows with ignition off, is this the way the relay is supposed to work? or should it be replaced. The functionality is worth it, I just want to be sure it's working properly.

It could be the relay is defective, but it could also be the relay is seeing a signal that it shouldn't be seeing at the time the malfunction occurs.
