if you are looking for things to do you may also want to have a look at the clutch cable, helper spring assembly and pedal cluster to make sure its all adjusted and working properly. Its not quite "in there" but its worth mentioning because it can be the cause of grinding or balky gears.

Don't forget ball cup bushing and shifter rod bushing. If working on clutch cable, might as well take a look at the throttle linkage and ground strap.

Interior support plate for the intermediate bearings. You have to open up the box....

You're gonna LOVE this update, Levi! I agree with the above comments as well, although I still need to do my pedal cluster, but it's next on my list.

Part Number: 911-424-139-00-M260

For the ball cup bushing use:

Part #: 911-424-139-00-M260

And for the shift rod bushing use:

Part #: 914-424-224-00-M260

Remember to grease the inside of the ball cup bushing (I use standard moly lube). Also, the shift rod bushing can be a b***h to replace. Place the new bushing in a cup of hot water (not boiling; about the same temperature as a hot cup of coffee) for 60-90 seconds. Makes the bushing temporarily more flexible & pops right into the bracket with a little pressure from your thumbs. Easy peasy & makes a world of difference.

Just an FYI, the ball cup and shift rod bushings are included in the WEVO shifter kit.

As others have said, I recommend replacing the clutch cable, omega spring, rebuilding the pedal cluster, and changing your gearbox fluid.
