Sway Bar upgrades
Just want to reach out to fellow Pelicans to get your thoughts on sway bar improvements on my 82 SC, Ok the problem, just completed in the last few months a 3.0 to a serious 3.2 short stroke change around 300 hp engine upgrade. All of the suspension is new, however stock. Under hard acceleration the stress on the suspension is noticeable . I am being informed to do a sway bar upgrade or backdate to RS thru the body . I am good with proceeding in that direction. Just looking for second opinions
Thanks

If you are talking about longitudinal acceleration (forward or braking) and not lateral acceleration (cornering) then sway bars will not help you one bit.
I would suggest upgrading the torsion bars and skipping the sway bars for the time being.
