Brake light question
I have an 84 carrera and the passenger side brake light isn't working. Should I assume it's just a bulb replacement or could it be the #15 fuse? I wasn't sure if it was a fuse failure whether both sides would be not working. Thanks in advance.

I have been fighting with my brake light and running light on the driver side.
If you pull the bulb and find it is OK, the problem is the socket. There are two contacts down at the base of the socket. Use a pick to gently pull them outward to make a stiffer contact. I also hit mine with an slight abrasive and a contact cleaner. Finding the proper size bulb is a challenge. If it is a cheap Chinese made bulb you are wasting your time. Find a better bulb.

Thanks for the advise. Im assuming you don't think it's the fuse. I thought I saw the bulb (sylvania)readily available on pelican parts. I'll check again.
