glue for damaged 964 rocker and clip

Can somebody recommend a glue/epoxy to hold the white clips onto the black plastic rocker panels for a 964. The tabs on my rocker panel that hold the white clip are 50% broken . I was hoping to glue the 2 parts together and not have to buy and paint a new rocker panel. I don't know what the plastics are made of, which makes selecting the correct glue very difficult.
Your help would be appreciated.

For the clips on the shark fin I just used a type of superglue for plastics since the little tabs were broken that are supposed to keep those clips in place.

Use some all-purpose Goop, just make sure to clean off both surfaces. It'll take a bit of time to set but produces a good bond.

Yet another "JB Weld" answer? There are specific glues made for nearly every type of material, and JB Weld isn't one of those made for this job. Look at the selection of adhesives in any good body shop. They'll have a half dozed specific-use glues for various kinds of plastics. Using a well promoted household-name glue in place of one made for the purpose is like using cooking oil as an engine lubricant. Hey, it's oil, right?

Definitely JB, but look for JB Kwik... sets up much faster, just as good as the slow stuff.

That's not exactly true. One of the well known trade-offs of quick hardening epoxies is a substantial reduction in bonding ability. That's not just for JB Weld, it's true across the board.
