964 guage removal
Do the guages on a 964 come out the same as earlier 911's? The Pelican forum indicates removal is only applicable to the earlier 911's and not the 964's. Please advise if they are just in by the rubber gasket around them on a 964 and don't require removal from the BACK like my 356 and my 912 Targa.

Yes, they go into the dash similar to older 911s. I couldn't wiggle them out by pulling on the bezels even with a small screwdriver, so I removed some cover from inside the frunk side and used a long metal dowel and hammer to tap one out. Once one was out, it was a lot easier to reach into that vacated hole and push the rest out.
