I boogered up my front cooler had to replace due to an impact.

I also needed to replace the front cover....so Al matched me up with one that is the same material as the deck lid.

I have the same setup as you, but I had him bend the metal in the front so it slid into the opening and attached from inside the air dam.

Al supplied a vinyl/rubber piping. It is nicely powder coated.

I put spacers behind the grill to give it a different look.
