G50 install question
I have mated up my G50 to the rebuilt 3.2. I am doing this solo so it took be a while to get the tranny to slide into the clutch. Now that I have the nuts snugged up I noticed that the Clutch Shaft Arm doesn't seem to be in the right place. I am pretty sure I installed it correctly. I am not sure that the arm is properly aligned with the T/O bearing. The arm does not pivot freely at this point so I know I have a problem. Have a look at the pics and let me know what I should do next.

Looks like you missed the groove in the T/O bearing. Back the trans off and start over.

Are you familiar with the install process, sorry if im telling you something you already know.
To start, the release arm is positioned on the engine not the trans. The release arm is upright with the forks behind the flange on the TO bearing The arm is held in place by a piece of tape (no kidding) The trans is assembled onto the engine The cross shaft is now installed to hold the arm in place The tape is removed.

i use a zip tie to hold the arm in place. bend a curve into the end and thread it into and out of the pressure plate spring slots behind the arm. easy to snip it and remove it after the trans is installed.

G50 Installation
Well I feel stupid for not referencing my Bentley Manual before doing the install... I see exactly what you guys are talking about. Thanks...Kind like the zip tie idea over the tape though.
