Another no start on an 87

Car has spark and fuel pump seems to work, engine smells of gas and power at both sides of the fuel pump fuse. Both flywheel sensors new a few yr ago. Changed dme just in case. No difference. All started when I changed the evaporator box.

Suggestions welcome
