heater box / flapper block offs?

I know I have seen these before and cant seem to find them now. I am eliminating heat and looking for a set of heater box / flapper block offs

these are nuts for 150$

Looks like all you need is a coffee can lid with 3 holes, you already have a gasket.
Be sure you work with the top nut as the studs up there do break.

Couldn't you just sketch the pattern from your old flapper box onto a piece of metal and cut them out?
