4.5 or 6.5mm fender to cowl seal??
Why are there two of these? Trying to figure out which one I need.

The later cars (993?) have the thin one and the earlier cars are fat. For your older cars i'd use the fat one. I used the thin one on my '87 and the difference was noticeable in terms of the "wear" left by the original fat one!

Can someone post a picture of that installed with the hood open? I can't believe that what I have seen is a factory install method, but maybe it is. The ones I have seen look pretty sloppy when you open the lid.
