manual window regulator issues

Hello,
I recently changed out the channel felt and replaced the pivot pin and while putting it all back together I notice that the two plastic sliders that ride in the horizontal track below the glass keep popping out. It happens only when they come to the holes in the track (where they were inserted). I have played with the window frame adjustments but perhaps the regulator arms also need to be adjusted (read-bent) so they don't pull inward as much. any insight as to what keeps the sliders in track while they over the holes in the tracks?

Thanks, Chris

If is what I think it is you can remove the guide in the glass and glue it in a different position so the plastic thingy never reaches the whole while working.(Forward or Back)
Then you install the regulator and last the bolts.

It worked for me,

I tried bending the guide with no luck

Thanks faverymi... that makes sense. The guide has come off the glass before, so it must not be centered properly...I'll give it a try.
