Backdated Gauges
I saw this in a Carrera Targa at a car show today. (Car was in exceptional condition for 100K miles) I can't decide if I like the look or not; at one time I thought I would like to do this with my SC, now I'm not so sure.
Note the amusing "redline" on the speedometer. Starts at 70. ![]() Last edited by Steam Driver; 09-13-2014 at 09:32 AM.. Reason: Add note on mileage |

Interesting…I think I like it. For sure it would work best on a backdated car.
I did a "kinda" backdate on my gauges when I had the odo repaired. The rings were replaced by 912 items…$50 each at NHS. I love the look. Works with the 3.2 but will also look great if I can ever backdate my car. ![]() ![]() ![]()
