Reconfiguring 3 piece wheels for widebody

I've been running a set of 18" Jongbloeds on my track car, but the fitment wasn't perfect (I need a large spacer and 100mm studs to make it work on the rear) and I just purchased a race car that came with 17" CCWs.

So I've decided to step down to 17" barrels and would appreciate some insights into the ideal back spacing for a widebody setup ...

I would like to fit a 315mm rear tire (but will likely stick with 295's) and end with a 10" rim width to meet PCA rules.

The usual fitment if the chassis is SC and the fenders are 930 in back is 11" w/ -8ET
a 10 w/ ET-20.7 will place the outer wheel lip in the same place as the 11 w/ -8ET. There will be a full inch of extra backspace.

As usual, Bill comes to the rescue - thanks Bill!

What about fronts? I can run 9" there, which I think it ideal ...
