Always having to balance front tires
I have had this problem ever since I have had my car, now I guess I need to look into it, I have new Pirellii's all the way around my car and after about a month I get a steering wheel wobble.
I know the problem is my front tires out of balance so I take them back and spend a good hour why they rebalance them again. Then everything is perfect again, no wobble. For awhile... I wouldn't be writing about this but this will be my 5th time in 6 months and I only drive about 500 miles a month if I am lucky. I do drive the car everyday but the commute is short. Any ideas? Dr. Confused

Warped rims, or rotors? The first thing I would check would be the shock absorbers. A bad shock absorber will cause the wheel to bounce at speed and create a wave like pattern in the tire throwing it off balance.

These comments may be wildly off base or perhaps even flying in the face of all we know about modern physics. Take this with a large pinch of salt.
With that disclaimer: What are your front tire pressures? Do you get on the brakes, hard, often? Is it remotely possible that your tires are "slipping" slightly on the rims under load? Also, how are your front wheel bearings? A daily commute reduces the likelihood of flat spots, at least. Dr. Deranged, just thinking out loud.

I would check your front struts, tie-rods, balljoints, and alignment.
Basically anything that will allow each front wheel to have a mind of it's own. Also, if the alignment is off, the accelerated wear will basically wear away the balance. The bad struts will allow the tires to "cup" causing imbalance, and of course the added oscillations that cause that cupping. Because of the wider track of the 930, and it's resulting positive steering offset, (scrub radius) they are especially susceptible to these problems.
