HP JUNKIES 2 Round of Dyno Runs,OH BOY!

WHAT A DAY !!!!!!
I try to make it short and Sweet
As everyone and ther mother knows Last week Dyno Results were at 409RWHP @1.0 Bar on 93 Fuel.

TODAYS RESULTS
DYno Runs # 1 to # 6 Technical Difficulties

Dyno Run # 7 @1.3 Bar 93 Fuel 504.6 RWHP 437.6 FT.LBS
Dyno Run # 8 @1.3 Bar 93 Fuel 490.7 RWHP 425.5 FT.LBS
DYNO RUN #9 @1.3 103Fuel N/A

WE Did pull one at 505.8RWHP

The next step is to install bigger injectors, the ones that we have CAN NOT HANDLE the HP,We are 6 Injectors AWAY from making 600HP @ 1.3 BAR

If the MATH is correct 504.6RWHP +15%=580.29HP

Well the HP Gods were good to US

Juan, that is so cool!!

It must be crazy to drive! How the hell do you control it?? 580bhp on the street must have it spinning it's wheels in every gear! Do the G-forces make you black out on full throttle?

JUAN, CAN I CALL YOU DARTH RUIZ ? The dark side is now even stronger with you leading the pack

That's a fantastic achievement man! The "hover craft" must be a real "blast" to drive! I'm thinking a 0-60 time of mid 3s if launched right and a 1/4m time of mid 10s???

What type of injectors are you using now? Did you use the 944/951 Turbo injectors? Perhaps a 7th injector is in need?

What did the A/F's look like at 1.3bar? Any detonation on 93 Octane?

Man, I'm now thinking that the flame-ringing is DEFINATELY the way to go! Now, just have to find a competent shop down-under to do it

Juan,

Impressive graphs, looks like you have the ignition problem solved. Like others have mentioned the 944T injectors might help or you could go with some Ford Motorsport injectors. its not like you can have an injector that flows to much, its that you dont want the injector working near its limit..

Wow, Juan......congratulations on joining the 500 club Nice runs.......Also, the torque curve is beautiful, no spikes or abnormal dips.

One question, what was the outside temperature? Before/After intercooler temps also if possible, just curious because you had major heat soak on the previous runs, I remember you dropped something like 100hp from run 1 to 2 on the previous date.

later,

amir

Anyone notice the RW torque numbers on the graph, that thing make more torque everywhere in the rpm range than most 911 engines make at peak torque! Kind of reminds me of another engine I own.....

I have lost all previously stated respect for Merv.

Sorry Merv.

I am packing up my wheezy 217 FLY wheel HP and finding a new sandpit.

It's been emotional.

THANK YOU GUYS!!

I SAID IT BEFORE AND I SAID IT AGAIN THE BEST PART FOR ME IS BEEN ABLE TO SHARE WITH ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!

OK Details

1) The car feels real strong, you can be crusing and step on the gas and it feels like you have a overdrive on a automatic, you downshift and hold on.

2) The must impressive thing is the Torque that this thing has created.

3)Timing Problem was solved

4)Injectors in use are 944 T will go Ford ones that we just found they are either 56-58

5)No detonation was ever present at 93 fuel at 1.3 bar neither at 1.5 bar at the street run with 93

6)Shame but after putting 103 fuel we had to stop so we dont know what will it do at the the dyno guy claims 625+hp,but the dyno wii be the judge.

7)She will not break the tires loose I try my best, will not go side ways just full power ahead,so traction is not a problem at the moment.

8) A/R was 14.5 16 to lean so new injectors will fix that.

9)Dyno room temp 92F vs last Dyno 115F

10)Temp at the intercooler 225/182 or so

11) Exaust Temp at 1400 we want to be at 1250 -1300 WILL LUV TO BE at 1200

12) Boost is coming at 3200rpn but you can really feel at 3600rpm or so.

13) The cams oh the cams!

14)I have the dyno run in video is someones can post it

Well I think I cover evrything,

Not bad for a WISHY WASHED TURBO GUY or maybe was my TIAL WASTEGATE!

Ok Until Then
