Help with engine numbers?
I just purchased a 1975 widebody coupe from my neighbor who has had the car for 10 years. He told me it had a 3.0 motor but he does not know much about the specifics of the car. I'm decoding the best I can and believe its a 1979 SC 3.0 motor. Here are numbers if anyone can help with any more info. vin 9115202076, vertical motor number 6390894, horizontal 930/03, engine casing 930.101.104.4R, 901.105.111.1R. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks, Tim

VIN 9115202076 decodes as:
1975 911S, US version coupe, number 2076 in production. Engine number 6390894, type 930/03 decodes as: 1979 3.0L SC engine (ROW), 180 hp @ 5500 rpm, number 894 built.
