1988 Carrera running rough

Weather finally warmed up and decided to go for a drive. Car had been sitting for 1 month and ran perfect when parked. Started right up and idles, but running very rough throughout the RPM range. Feels like its loaded up on gas but will not clear. Any suggestions on where to start.

I have the same issue with my 89 carrera after sitting for 6 months. Did you figure out what was wrong? Thanks! Mike

Dump some Techron in the gas and drive it like you stole it. You can always spend more $ later. I had the same problem with my 84 when I bought it, it had been sitting for a few years. A tank or two and running it through its paces cleared it up. But then again I just failed CA SMOG as a GROSS POLLUTER! So I may not be the person to look for advise.

Inspect your ignition cable insulation. One month is enough time for mice to use it for dental floss.
