What are the 2 wires hanging????

Can you get us a better photo of what you want? Those wires in general are for the speedometer.

The 2 wires are connected. Don't know what the are two wires dangling are???

wiring

If your SC has the automatic temp control in between the seats those wires look like the connection to the temp sensor in the passenger side hot air duct.
