Details to Modify G50 drive Flanges
Hi all, does anyone have exact details regarding the modifications neccesary to a a G50 108mm diameter fine spline gearbox flange to fit a 915 box ?.
I've found lots of refrencese but no detail. |

The flanges are identical except the G50 spline shaft is a little longer. I would suppose you could take your old 100mm fine spline and the G50 108mm to a machine shop and have them milled to the same length. Seems pretty easy. As you probably already know, the '85 1/2-'86 915 108mm flanges are almost "unobtanium" unless you spend the BIG bucks for new.
