Thanks, everyone. I have very mixed feeling regarding wheel center color.
Happy holiday, Dave |
Did you ever ask anyone to Photoshop matching orange wheel centers for you? If I had that great orange color I would want to know what orange centers might look like. Might really pop with the grey script.

Die cut vinyl suppliers are cutting back on color shade selections. The demand isn't out there anymore. This is 70-80s car culture......
Custom mixed printed colors on clear vinyl are an option but double the cost. |

As for me, I prefer subtlety. Therefore, I would prefer an orange close to the car's colour, but it's your car . . . |

Well you can buy the China junk. Peels, blisters and fades after 18 months.....
Even 3M is falling down on the job. I've been using these guys of late. Product details ORACAL 751C High Performance Cast - Graphic Products Still have a 7 year life expectancy. |

This could really work if only the pedals were left gray with black surrounding the pedals in the traditional early Fuch style |

Thanks, Dave |
I thnk you've got it right with the current combo and nor more fiddling is required. Orange with black centres looks a treat.

A bit of black window trim etc is fine but to my eye the black stripe is overpowering. But suddenly I stumble across this post and I really like that combination. The orange wheels are what it needed! I think the grey picks up the outer rim of the wheel. Love it! |
My son did a little more photoshop work. I like several of these schemes. Thanks for looking. The petals on the wheels match the graphic.

What... No Gulf Blue? Wouldn't that look good against the orange? Isn't it across the color wheel or whatever?
