CIS Leaks - Red Tubing?

While looking for leaks in my CIS, I found a connection with some red tubing which seems to be broken.

Could it be this? (picture from a different car) So it's just capped off?

It's the distributor vacuum advance port. The red hose hooks to the distributor vacuum port that points away from the big fan on the later SC's.

Suspect the hose just below the red one, going between the TB and the air sensor, is the dist retard hose. It hooks into the throttle body in front but lower (beyond the throttle plate).

That is a false air leak right now as it allows the air sneaking in there to not pass over the air sensor plate to adjust fuel per design. It is not the worst kind of false air leak. Just needs to be addressed.
