New injector install question

My stock 2.7 was idling funny and started missing on one cylinder. I have completely gone through the ignition system with all new cap, rotor, wires, plugs, and valve adjustment. The engine was running well except for a hunting idle (50 rpm or so), poor gas mileage and difficulty adjusting the mixture. I had Rennsport in Houston adjust the mixture, but he questioned me on the age of the injectors and said they probably needed changing. I performed that task today, now the engine will not even fire. I am assuming I need to go through the factory FD setup to set the mixture??? The fuel pressures are within spec.

Did you lift the air sensor plate, with the ignition key on, to bleed the air from the injector lines? It won't fire if there is no fuel in the lines.
