My new to me '76 911S

My "new" '76 911S was just delivered Friday....so, I've been driving all weekend

One family owned since new with pretty much every piece of paperwork since the purchase...original paperwork, every work receipt, everything

One repaint in the original color years ago. Never wrecked. Body is laser straight...absolutely no rust and I don't think here is a ding in it. Original tool kit, air compressor, etc.

Engine rebuild around 10 years ago.

This thing drives nice....almost like new.

That car is awesome! I really want to get a nice original mid year coupe to go with my Targa. I hope to find something like this some day.

Very nice! You don't find many unmolested mid-years.

Would you mind taking a photo of the radio in the dash and posting it? (I have yet to find a good example of what the mid-year radio looked like.)

That was the original color of my car, I have a 1977 S tribute fusion hot-rod, yeah I just made that up.

I like it! Welcome to the mid years, they are very fun cars. The bargains that they are is quickly going away.

Yeah I agree, my car when I got it was resale red, and a bad crappy paint resale red at that. That car just looks sharp.

That color is classic and makes the car stand out, and the interior looks to be in great shape as well. That is a car to hold on to and not to fuss with too much, you can see the early car that it came from and the SC and Carrera that was to come.

The mid I got was already messed with and has a twin plug 3.2 and 964 cams, so I don't feel bad taking license with what I do with car. I agree that car is perfect, and screwing with it will just takes away the value of the car.
