power window wiring 83SC

Hi,
I did a search and can find information on wiring for later years but nothing for the 83. Can anyone post some pics of the rear of the switches wires on the drivers side door....I think I have the the drivers window switch working but my markings for the passenger window switch (right side) have faded and are no longer legible.
Any help is much appreciated.
Regards, Ben

Do you have a Bentley? I was thumbing through the other day and I noticed the wiring diagram is in the back. If not let me know and I'll post it.

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy car parts which is kind of the same thing.

Hi tirwin, Thanks for responding...no Bentley, I was hoping for some pics as all of my wires on that switch with the exception of one (Brown double) are red or a combo of red/black or red white. Maybe the wiring diagram will help if it really shows the connections and not just the line renderings. thanks again.
regards, ben

Hmmm... I had a notebook that I wrote a bunch of notes in when I redid my interior. I know I had that written down. Let me see if I can find it.

Thanks , I am going to try to do a hook up in the am, maybe I can cypher the wires even if the colors are different....tape, ink, and sun appears to have did me in on this one...I hope burnt wires are not on the horizon. Regards, Ben

Usually the numbering of the pins can be found on the back of the switches near the terminals. Might need good lighting and a loupe.
LH/RH drive shouldn't matter since schematics talk about driver/passenger side. I for myself drive on the right (correct ;-) side.
