1979 targa option group A60
Anyone know what option group A60 is on a 79' targa? Window sticker lists it, but have done multiple searches and can't find any reference to it.

the peter morgan book i have does not reference any A options for your year, it lists M options only for the SC and 3.2 (page 90 of the book i have). the range from m09 to M981 .
you may be able to get a certificate of authenticity that will describe what A60 means.

I had a similar question because my 79sc had option group A53 listed on the COA. I contacted Porsche North America and they did not have what options were in that group. They did email me to say that they were checking with the head office in Germany to get me an answer. That was about a week ago. I will let you know if I hear anything back . . .

Mr baseball, I'll be interested to see if they come back with anything. Seems like something like this would be pretty straight forward??? If you have any luck I'll try the same route.
