Fuches wheel coating???

Hi all, working on my SC fuches wheels, the front ones I purchased are body colour so I'am repainting black no issue there.
One rear 7'' has been a bit knocked around so I have had it straightened, cosmetically it was a little rough also so I will be repainting the centres on both rears to match.
I assumed the centres are anodized black??,I have sanded off the peeling clear cost and the black appears to be sprayed on over yellow/gold etch primer,is this true for the later wheels?
The outer silver part is anodized and looks a little differant where i have repaired the outer edge as it's back to the alloy.
My idea was to put some pearl fine flakes into clearcoat to replicate the frosted look of the anodizing, anyone think that will work ?.
Thanks Dean.

Pretty sure that the entire wheel is anodized and then the center is painted black. I had Harvey Weidman do my wheels a few years back and recall that that was the process.

I used spray paint with hardener in it to paint the center of my rims. I can't remember the company I purchased from but the product is something like the one on this site.

APS Tower Paint Company, Inc.
