CIS frequency valve question
Is the frequency valve supposed to turn on (start to humm) as soon as the ignition or fuel pump is turned on? I am getting about a 10 second delay. Is this normal? I have a new o2 relay. 81'SC

i don't remember any delay, but as long as it buzzes when the engine's running, all is well.
