Possible 1969 911E project
My friends at Perfection Plus, our local Porsche techs, bought a barn find 1969 911E earlier this week...in rough condition, but all big parts are there...we think matching numbers engine and transmission, but don't have confirmation on that yet....the engine is a 1969 911E engine though....they haven't decided whether they want to restore it or let someone else, so if you think you would, go to their Facebook page (Perfection Plus) and look at the pics....they also picked up a set of 1967/68 Weber 40 IDS 3C carbs carbs complete with manifolds...pics of them are also on the Facebook page...their contact info is there....they also picked up a LOT of parts for the 911, including fenders, doors, etc....
