				Blaupunkt Wiring and Fader Control

Hi, a previous owner did what I did to a lot of "newish" cars back then and "upgraded" the radio (I don't blame him).

Now I'm in the process of returning it to an original setup and the fader knob in the center console is throwing me off. The back of the correct radio I'm installing has 2 outputs for speakers (first picture), where the plugs get connected (second picture). The third and forth picture are from the fader control. As you can see, 6 wires. My thinking is that the 2 positive wires from the radio will plug to 2 of these spaces, and from there 4 positive again wires go out to the speakers, and the ground wires go directly to the speakers, but that is only a wild guess. I'd appreciate if someone could share the proper way to wire it. This is for a 1979 930 Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]()

The two short wires to the left go to the DIN connectors on the radio, the longer wires to the left are speaker wires

It seems that what my car is missing is the white connector "box" where the cables from the fader join the speaker and radio cables. From what I can see in the diagram (resolution is unfortunately not prefect) the blue and red wires should be connected to the 2 brown/red wires that go to the DIN in the radio. Can you please confirm this is the case (assuming you can read the diagram clearer that I can).
