torn axle boot

am 3/4 the way thru replacing oil return tubes and notices the zip tie has slipped off the axle boot and the boot lip has a tear. Short term is there a bodge I am rig (hose clamp) or should I replace it and I guess the other side at same time?

pleasure only car that doesnt get winter or rain driven (too often)

How much work is it? I am noob, the oil return tubes are first real diy job - going well though. photo attached

I'd just put another zip tie on it a little further up.
